It means we have ophthalmologists, optometrists and orthoptists working together in the same practice to share knowledge, skills and clinical data. With no referral required for initial consultations and telehealth consults available, Integrated Eye Care also reduces unnecessary repeat testing, waiting and travel times and costs for our patients.

Mark Petherbridge
Optometrist
Mark enjoys using the most recent evidence-based practice to help enrich the quality of people's lives through clear vision and healthy eyes. He has a particular interest in addressing preventable vision loss through connecting primary eye care services with underrepresented communities and managing chronic conditions including Glaucoma, Diabetic Retinopathy, Macular Degeneration, and Dry Eye Disease, as well as Amblyopia and Myopia through our paediatric clinic. Outside of work he enjoys surfing, traveling, and food.
ANN CRAMPTON
ORTHOPTIST
As an Orthoptist, Ann has gained a wide range of experience from working in a variety of clinical settings. This includes general Ophthalmology, Paediatrics, Low Vision and Dry Eye Disease. Ann has participated in research projects, has published articles and has presented at conferences, workshops and seminars. She enjoys how Orthoptics continues to evolve and provide new opportunities to learn. Some highlights of her career have been volunteering for one month with a medical team in the Solomon Islands and working in the Ophthalmology and Orthoptic Departments at The Children’s Hospital.
Laura Purnell
Optical Dispenser
Laura just loves delivering great customer service and is experienced in optical dispensing, and is excited to join the AussieSpecs team. When not at work she enjoys family time with her husband and three children.
